I have been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2016 and I founded TSA Legal with the aim of offering my clients more than just legal solutions – I want to build long-term relationships based on trust.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest and completed two Master’s programs: Public Procurement, Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships and Business Law. Before becoming a lawyer, I worked for two years within the central public administration, an experience that gave me valuable insight into how state institutions operate and how citizens’ and companies’ rights can be better protected.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to represent both individuals and companies from very diverse industries – from retail businesses to media trusts and television networks. I have been involved in high-profile litigation before Romanian courts as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union, experiences that strengthened my belief that every case requires a unique strategy and a carefully prepared defense.

At TSA Legal, I lead the civil, commercial, and criminal litigation practice, and I personally get involved in all of the firm’s projects whenever a case’s complexity requires it. I like to stand by my clients not only as a lawyer, but also as a constant support – someone who understands their needs, listens to their concerns, and works to find realistic and effective solutions.

I strongly believe that trust and communication are the foundation of any successful collaboration. Beyond legal texts and procedures, my profession is about people and their stories – and my goal is to help them protect their rights and move forward with confidence.
